Hockey Game

The Choctaw Swim Team had a winter social event. A large group of us went to the Pensacola Ice Flyers minor league hockey game. The arena was sooo cold; makes me realize I would have a hard time living up north :-) I took a quick selfie of my beloved and me.

I also took a lot of action shots of the game, but unlike a basketball game when I could take a movie of the team scoring, it is very hard to do that for hockey.

Here is a nice picture of Ashley and Sarah; Sarah is Zach's mother, and Zach was an integral part of the CHS relay team.

Sarah took some fun pictures of the kids. First, here is Bode, Erik, Matias, and Zach.

Next is a good picture of a lot of the kids; I think Bode has to have his mouth open in all pictures.

Nothing super exciting going on here on Super Bow Sunday. I had hoped to do some yard work outside, but it is only fifty degrees and the wind is blowing, so I think I will stay inside by the heater :-) Pleasant week to all.

Dolphin

I was sitting down on our talk contemplating the meaning of life (or just killing time between ubering Bode around), when there was a lot of splashing. We've seen dolphins near our dock before, but I never had the camera with me. Fortunately, I had my phone and was able to capture some scenes of the dolphin breathing.

I probably won't be a wildlife photographer in a future life, but it is always fun when you see dolphins.
